Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our master jewelers inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
