The 2, .30 carat, Natural Tsavorite Garnets each have vivid saturation and excellent clarity with no visible inclusions, and are a glowing neon green color! Pictures have been magnified at 50x zoom to show details that may not be visible to the naked eye. Accenting the rare gemstones is a single 5.10mm round brilliant cut, natural Diamond accent (1 total) that is H color with SI1 clarity and weighs .51 carats. The ring is clearly hallmarked 14K and PLAT on the inside of the 1.50mm band. When worn, the top of the ring/stone is elevated about 5.75mm from the finger.

An emerald-green variety of grossular garnet, tsavorite is one of the most popular and expensive varieties of garnet. Suitable for any type of jewelry, tsavorites can be faceted into many designs. Normally, these gemstones don’t receive any treatments or enhancements, which makes them very desirable to collectors and enthusiasts of natural gems. The shining green Tsavorite is a young gemstone with a very long geological history. Its home is the East-African bushland along the border between Kenya and Tanzania. The few mines lie in a uniquely beautiful landscape of arid grassland with bare, dry hills. Its dangerous country, the habitat of snakes, and now and then a lion patrols, on the lookout for prey.

**Currently a size 5 ¾ but could be sized, free of charge, by my master jeweler so that it is ready to be gifted or worn upon arrival! Most rings can be sized a maximum of 3-4 sizes up or down depending on the style of the ring. Please indicate your desired size at checkout and allow up to 10 business days for my local expert jeweler to complete sizing. I do not accept returns on items that have been custom sized or altered at your request so if you are unsure about an item it may be best to have it sized by your local jeweler just in case.
